Choose a Canteen Distribution Center from the dropdown menu below (cell C12).
Fill out the remaining fields highlighted in yellow. The gray fields do not need to be updated.
Save file and e-mail purchase order to canteen@commonwealthjoe.com
CWJ will confirm receipt of acceptable purchase order and follow up with expected timeline to fulfill order.

Kegs will be palletized with 40 kegs per pallet. products must be ordered in quantities of 40. Typical terms are 40 kegs of the same SKU per pallet but we are currently accommodating mixed pallets so long as there are 40 kegs per pallet.
Production lead time is four weeks following receipt of acceptable purchase order. Please let us know if you would like to request an expedited order and we will do our best to accommodate.
No additional fees for palletization. Freight is included in the pricing.
Commonwealth Joe will provide clean stainless steel kegstar one-way kegs.
Distributor commits to keg return requirements: empty dirty kegs to be picked up from distributor warehouse at no additional cost to distributor. Please see the document CWJ KegStar Keg Shell Pick Up v1.0 for instructions on how to fulfill keg return requirements.

CWJ has implemented a color-coding system with unique-colored keg caps and keg collars that enable Operations teams and customers to quickly identify which kegs are which. Please see file CWJ & Canteen Keg Collars & Keg Caps 2021.pdf for an understanding.

We've optimized down to this limited menu with one SKU per beverage category (cold brew, kombucha, tea, and seltzer) to simplify the offering and reduce logistical complexity related to the initial launch with Canteen.
CWJ has more beverages available upon request but we want to afford Canteen time to effectively launch the kegged beverage offering, get used to an ordering cadence, collect feedback from customers, and then we can work with Canteen to add more SKUs based on customer feedback going forward. Our current plan is to keep the menu static for at least the first six months (November 2021 - May 2022) and then we can revisit adding options: classic cold brew is available upon request as well as additional seltzer, tea, and kombucha flavors.

Our full-pallet wholesale pricing for distribution centers is determined by the Freight Zone a given distribution center resides in. The mapping of the CWJ Freight Zones by state can be found in this document: CWJ Freight Zones v2.0.

Complete the form Distribution Center Onboarding Form for CWJ v1.0 and e-mail to canteen@commonwealthjoe.com. A CWJ team member will confirm receipt and let you know when you have been officially onboarded in the system. This process typically takes 24-36 hours.

Commonwealth Joe provides the tap handles to serve beverages on-tap at no additional cost to Canteen when the tap handles are sent with a keg order.
- If tap handles are requested with a keg order, the additional box(es) containing the tap handles will be added to one of the pallets with kegs and will be marked “TAP HANDLES”.
- If Tap Handles must be shipped separately from a keg order, Commonwealth Joe will bill Canteen at-cost for the UPS Ground shipping cost.
When requesting tap handles to be sent with a keg order, please add your request for additional tap handles to the “Other Items Requested” section in the CWJ Canteen Order Form spreadsheet.
To request tap handles outside of the standard order, please e-mail canteen@commonwealthjoe.com. Indicate the beverage SKU and quantity number of tap handles you are requesting (e.g. x10 NITRO COLD BREW TAP HANDLES). Please make the e-mail subject: “REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL TAP HANDLES” and include your contact information, the Canteen Distribution Center name and the ship to address in your e-mail.

Please see CWJ UPC Scanner Mapping for Products v1.0.pdf for a one-pager with all of the scannable barcodes for the different kegged beverages. We are working to incorporate the barcodes into the keg collar designs, but in the meantime, please use this document.
